Forums, Hands-On Labs, and Special Sessions
are provided, at no charge, with a microphone, screen, PC Windows multimedia platform (Mac available upon request prior to the conference), high-speed internet connection, and a video data projector (also known as an LCD or PowerPoint Projector).  Additional AV equipment (e.g., VCR, overhead projector, TV) must be requested prior to the conference. Onsite requests for additional AV and technical equipment will be charged to presenters at the prevailing provider rate and cannot be guaranteed.

There will be no internet connection or electrical supply available to Roundtable Discussions. Flip charts will be available if requested prior to the conference. The conference organizers will provide a large, round table and 10 to 12 chairs for each Roundtable Discussion. Please be advised that as many as 8 roundtable sessions will be going on simultaneously, in the ballroom, during the hour long period.

Poster Session presenters, please note that the conference organizers will provide, at no charge, a six-foot draped table and a 4X8 self-standing tack board for each Poster Session display. (Tack boards are covered with fabric and will require the use of long pins or Velcro to attach display materials.)
