Registration Details
EVERY presenter is required to register and pay the conference fee. Please register HERE by October 8, 2004, to receive the Early Registration Discount. Once presenters have registered, a paper confirmation will be mailed. If a paper confirmation is not received, please email Judy Greenfield, or call (480) 705-8200, x200.
League Corporate Partners are entitled to complimentary registrations. League Corporate Partners should contact Greg Luce if they have questions regarding their complimentary registrations.
Presenter Compensation
Neither honoraria nor expenses will be provided to session presenters.
Hotel and Travel
Special conference hotel and travel rates have been contracted for the Conference on Information Technology. Detailed rate and reservation information is currently available HERE.
AV/Technology
Forums, Hands-On Labs, and Special Sessions are provided, at no charge, with a microphone, screen, PC Windows multimedia platform (Mac available upon request prior to the conference), high-speed internet connection, and a video data projector (also known as an LCD or PowerPoint Projector). Additional AV equipment (e.g., VCR, overhead projector, TV) must be requested prior to the conference. If your session requires any additional equipment other than what is provided for you at no charge, please contact Robin Piccirilli for an Audiovisual Order Form. Onsite requests for additional AV and technical equipment will be charged to presenters at the prevailing provider rate and cannot be guaranteed.
Roundtable Discussions cannot accommodate equipment other than a battery-operated laptop computer provided by the presenter. There will be no internet connection or electrical supply available to Roundtable Discussions. Flip charts will be available if requested prior to the conference. The conference organizers will provide a large, round table and 10 to 12 chairs for each Roundtable Discussion. Please be advised that as many as 8 roundtable sessions will be going on simultaneously, in the ballroom, during the hour long period.
Poster Session presenters, please note that the conference organizers will provide, at no charge, a six-foot draped table and a 4X8 self-standing tack board for each Poster Session display. (Tack boards are covered with fabric and will require the use of long pins or Velcro to attach display materials.) Poster Sessions are not provided with access to electricity. If you plan on bringing a laptop computer for your session, please make sure it is battery operated.
