Hotel Reservations

A block of hotel rooms at special rates has been reserved for conference attendees at six different hotels in close proximity to the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center.

Airline Discounts

Discounted fares have been arranged for conference attendees on the following airlines:

Southwest Airlines - Please mention ID#K6312 and receive 10% off already low fares by calling 1-800-433-5368 at least five days prior to travel. Discount is available in to Los Angeles, Orange County, Ontario and Burbank Airports.

America West Airlines - A 5% discount is available to attendees by calling 1-800-548-7575 and mentioning code #6655. Discount is accepted on flights in to Los Angeles, Long Beach, Burbank, Ontario and Orange County Airports.

Ground Transportation

Downtown Long Beach hotels are approximately 15 minutes away from the Long Beach Airport. Los Angeles International Airport is 18 miles north of Long Beach and John Wayne/Orange County Airport is 25 miles south of Long Beach.

Long Beach is more than the industrial stepsister to Los Angeles.
