 Provided Equipment
All sessions except Roundtable Discussions and Poster Sessions are supported with a high-speed internet connection, video data projector, microphone, screen, and speakers. Presenters who need a computer for their session are required to bring their own laptop computer. Presenters may bring their own equipment, but should understand that only equipment provided by the conference organizers is supported by the Technical, AV, and Speaker Support Teams.
Presenters are responsible for ensuring that any presenter-provided equipment connects and functions with the equipment provided by the conference organizers. Presenters assume full responsibility for the technical requirements of custom setups, as well as the security and operation of their own equipment.
