The League is your conduit to more than 850 colleges and their decision-makers. Corporate Partners receive a complimentary 10' x 10' booth (upgrades available upon request), are exclusive exhibitors, and are strongly encouraged to submit presentation proposals.

Booth Package Includes a 10' x 10' or 10' x 20' (upgrades available) booth, 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and ID sign. Additional furniture is available at an extra charge from GES, the League's chosen drayage/decorating company.
Booth Assignments Booth selection time is based on priority points (based upon level of partnership, partnership level, sponsorships, requested size, etc). Adjustments to the floor plan may be made at the discretion of the League.
Booth Description Standard pipe, drape, and side rails. Back drape will be 8' high; side drapes will be 3' high.

A one-line identification sign, 7" wide x 44" long, will be provided in black block letters on white background and will include the company name only.

There will be no booth carpet provided by show management. Floor covering must be provided by exhibitor.

Exhibit Pass The exhibit hall will be closed at times other than scheduled exhibit hours. You may, however, gain access to your booth one hour before and 1/2 hour after normal exhibit hours by presenting your exhibitor badge.
