All sessions except for Roundtables and Poster Sessions are

Presenters may bring their own equipment, but should understand
that only equipment provided by the conference organizers is supported by the
Technical, AV, and Speaker Support Teams.
Presenters are responsible for ensuring that any presenter-provided
equipment connects and functions with the equipment provided by the conference
organizers. Presenters assume full responsibility for the technical requirements
of custom setups, as well as the security and operation of their own equipment.
An opportunity is provided for onsite technical rehearsal of all sessions. Before the conference, an email will be sent to each session's key presenter requesting that person to go online and schedule a rehearsal time prior to arrival at the conference.
